Dear All,
Just thought I would give you guys and girls the heads up on a future event for March 2014.
After the successful inclusion of the Lure Anglers Society (LAS) in the last Suffolk PAC teach in at the begining of the month, the volunteers and coaches of both the PAC and LAS have agreed to stage our first joint teach in / fish in.
The format for the days event is that it is a lure only event for twenty junior anglers (under 18s) to experience the joy of lure fishing We intend to split the day into two parts, morning is the teach in, were we will cover lure fishing, handling, welfare and tackle. The afternoon session will be a fish in for the junior attendees to show off their new found skills (with the help of their coaches) and battle it out for some prizes.
So what do I want from you, well if you are a junior angler, or are a parent and you want you son or daughter to attend, please get there name down, based on the last attendees, the min age should be 6 years old.
Alternatively, if you are a qualified angling coach (level 1 or 2) we would be very greatful if you can attend and coach, or if you are interested in being one of our other expert volunteers please feel free to contact me.
We are also looking for sponsors, so if you want sponsor this event in anyway, please contact Ron Dalton via this site the LAS site or email him on lureangler@aol.com
